Rental Policies

• Please give us an ETA for when you will be picking up and returning your gear. This can be done by text/call/email.

• Each paddler must sign a waiver. Any person under the age of 18 must have their parent/guardian sign the waiver.

• Anyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• Substances that impair your judgment are not permitted at any time while using the equipment.

• Life jackets or PFD’s must be worn at all times while on the water (these are included with each rental).

• Dogs/pets are not permitted on any of the equipment. This will incur an minimum $50 charge.

• A cleaning fee may be applied if returned equipment is excessively dirty.

• Rentals must be returned to the trailer by closing time on the final day of rental. Rentals returned late or the next morning will incur an additional fee.

• We require credit card information for every rental that goes out. The credit card would only be charged in the event that our rental is lost or damaged.
